Description of Service

The Rotation is an entertainment website that generates a playful match between a user-submitted list of music artists and a historical NBA team-season, along with a fictional player-to-artist mapping. Results are generated for entertainment purposes only and do not reflect the views, opinions, or endorsement of the NBA, any NBA team, player, or the artists named.

Not Affiliated

The Rotation is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Basketball Association, any NBA team or player, or any recording artist, label, or rights holder referenced in a result.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with bot-verification or rate-limiting measures;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers; or
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Bot Verification

The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from a human. By submitting artists through the Site, you consent to this verification process, which is also subject to Cloudflare’s own terms.

Advertising

Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by The Rotation or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
