This Privacy Policy explains how The Rotation (“The Rotation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), available at presson5.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our entertainment service. • Artist names you submit. When you enter artists to generate a result, those names are sent to our servers (and third-party AI providers) to produce your result. This is not personal information about you and is not linked to your identity.
• Email address. If we ever offer account sign-up or a mailing list and you choose to provide your email address, we store it solely to identify your account or send the communications you signed up for. We do not collect an email address unless you voluntarily provide one.
• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and third-party vendors (see below) automatically log information such as IP address, browser type, and general usage patterns, primarily to prevent abuse and keep the Site secure.

Beyond what is described above, we do not collect or store additional personal information about you.

• Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions to the Site come from a human rather than an automated bot. Turnstile may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser, and device characteristics to perform this verification. Cloudflare acts as a data processor for this purpose; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
• AI processing providers. The artists you submit are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your result. These submissions are not linked to your identity.
• Amazon Associates. Some outbound links on the Site (such as “Get the gear” links on your result) are Amazon affiliate links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• Generate the results you request;
• Detect, prevent, and address bots, abuse, fraud, or security issues;
• Serve and measure advertising through Google AdSense; and
• Communicate with you, if you have provided an email address for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain the minimum information necessary to operate the Site. Generated results may be cached temporarily to serve repeat requests more efficiently. If you provide an email address, we retain it only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
